Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied.
If you want to return your item, you must:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item if there is a problem.
- Return the item within 14 days of your receipt. The item must be in the same condition as when first purchased.
- We charge a $5.00 restocking fee.
- Your money will be fully refunded minus the original shipping and handling fee.
- If you are returning the item due to a mistake we made in the description of the item, we will refund 100% of purchase price and shipping fees. No restocking fee will be charged!
- Items that are described, SOLD AS IS can not be returned. The reason they are marked this will will be clearly stated in the ad.
