Do you end auctions early?
No, we do not end auctions early. All our auctions go for the full duration. It is against eBay policy to end auctions early so that a transaction can be completed off line.  Our standing in the eBay community is very important to us.  Please do not ask us to violate these rules.

Can you ship outside of the United States?
Yes! Please contact us for details before bidding.
 
Do you take money orders or checks?
YES! we are happy to accept Money Orders or Bank Drafts.  If you are sending us a Money Order or Bank Draft, we must receive it within seven days of auction close.  Unfortunately we do NOT accept personal checks at this time.
 
Can you send me additional photos of the item?
If at all possible we will be happy to send you additional pictures of an item if this would help you in your bidding decision. However, due to the high volume of items and email we receive we may not be able to provide additional pictures at all times. Thank you for your understanding!  We attempt to offer a number of good quality pictures attached to the auction so you can make a decision based upon your own observations.
 
What does "Sold As Is" mean?
Since we cannot fully test every function of an item, check every seam or examine every inch of an item, all of our items are Sold As Is. These items cannot be returned.  Please note the we try to describe every item as best we can.  If we find a flaw in it we will note this in the description and attempt to show exactly what the flaw is in a photo.  If the item is flawed and noted, this item will be Sold As Is.

I have not received an invoice for the item. What should I do?
After each of our auctions close, eBay will automatically send an email to the winning bidder. At times, spam guards may prevent that email from reaching you, please make sure your email filters are not blocking these messages from eBay. Also look in the other folders your email program sends "spam" to.  Even we both know these messages are not spam, some systems move the emails into those folders.  If you still can not find an invoice, don't hesitate to contact us!
